EARTH SCHOOL
Ecological Service Learning
Inspiring the next generation to be stewards of Life on Earth
Tikkun’s beautiful Permaculture center has been a destination for school field trips in the San Miguel community.
We invite young people to discover their role as stewards of Earth’s ecosystems, inspiring hope in our time of climate change by engaging in ecological restoration service, such as planting native trees, restoring rainwater reservoirs and watersheds, and developing community gardens.
Such work roots them in a deeper sense of place and empowers them to become agents of positive change.
We work with students from primary school through university, host local and international service learning experiences, and offer special internship programs for University credit.
If you are interested in visiting with your students, please fill out the form below.
